Located in Coonoor, this viewpoint gives you a stunning view of the Catherine waterfalls, valley filled with tea gardens and the beauty of the Blue Mountains. A great place for honeymoon couples.
This view point is located about 10 kilometers from Coonoor and at an altitude of 5075 feet. The tip looks like the nose of a Dolphin and hence it got its name. It’s not just the panoramic view on the top but the drive to the top of the mountain that makes it a remarkable experience. As you drive up the hill traversing the hairpin bends and curves, you cross beautiful tea estates that will make the ride worthwhile. If you’re lucky, you can get to drive through the mist.
Here’s a word of caution – preferably don’t carry food as there are many monkeys here.
